The practice
Meta and Google ads, search visibility, and the measurement underneath both. One budget, one scoreboard, and nothing you cannot check yourself.
Search and paid media are usually sold separately, reported separately, and judged on different scoreboards. One agency shows you rankings, another shows you ROAS, and neither can tell you what a customer actually cost.
We run them together against one figure. It makes the trade-offs visible — when it is cheaper to rank than to bid, when the landing page is the constraint rather than the budget — and it makes the monthly report short enough that a board will read it.
What it covers
How we work on it
Organic and paid are measured on the same acquisition maths, so we can tell you honestly when the answer is to stop spending and fix the site instead. Agencies paid on ad spend rarely give that advice.
Blended CAC
Contribution margin
We will not scale spend on measurement we do not trust. The tracking gets fixed first, even when it delays the campaign, because the alternative is a year of confident reporting built on nothing.
GA4
Server-side events
Most ranking problems are architecture, speed and schema rather than keywords. Because we also build, we can fix them rather than file a ticket and wait for someone else to.
Core Web Vitals
Schema
Site architecture
Including the months it did not work, and why. A report that only ever trends upward is a report nobody should trust.
Monthly
Plain language
How it is engaged
A monthly retainer, with a three-month minimum on anything involving organic search. Below that the work cannot show whether it is succeeding, and neither of us learns anything.
Ad spend is billed by the platform directly to your account, never through us. We are paid for the work, which keeps our advice on spend levels honest.
No fee, no deck, no pitch. Tell us what you are trying to build and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for it.
