The practice

Social Media & Content

Feeds that sound like the brand, and content built to outlast the week it was posted in. Photography, film, and the writing that holds it together.

Production goes wrong in a predictable way. A beautiful shoot is delivered in one aspect ratio, and by the time the assets reach the people running the channels, half of them cannot be used and the rest have to be cropped into something worse.

We plan the crop before the shoot. Every asset is commissioned against a channel it will actually run in, which sounds obvious and is unusual enough that it is most of the value.

Shoot for the crop

Every frame is commissioned against a placement — the grid, the story, the product page, the ad. We would rather deliver ninety usable assets than nine beautiful ones and a cropping problem.

One voice across channels

The person writing the emails, the captions and the product pages should be working from the same verbal identity. Split those across three suppliers and the brand quietly becomes three brands.

Volume without dilution

Channel management is a craft, not a posting schedule. We build a bank of assets and a calendar deep enough that nobody is improvising on a Friday afternoon to hit a number.

How it is engaged

Terms, plainly.

Production is quoted per shoot. Channel management runs as a monthly retainer, usually alongside a search and performance engagement so the organic and paid creative come from the same place.
